Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are dermatologically tested and are suitable for people with sensitive skins, although it's impossible to guarantee that every
product will suit everyone, taking into account certain skin sensitivity and allergy triggers. It's always best to avoid any product
containing an ingredient that is known to cause a skin reaction!
Do you test your products on animals?
We're pleased to advise that we do not test our final products on animals.
Is Imperial Leather soap available in the USA or Canada?
Our soaps aren't available in either the USA or Canada any more due to it not being commercially viable to sell them over there. We haven't
got a direct ordering facility either for these products.
Do your products contain any animal derived ingredients?
No, none of our Imperial Leather range contain any animal derived ingredients.
Where are your products stocked?
Our shower, bath, handwash, bar and foamburst ranges are available in most high street retailers such as Tescos, Asda, Sainsburys, Morrisons,
Boots, Waitrose, Superdrug and many others.
Are your shower gels/handwashes/bubble baths soap free?
All our liquid toiletry products are 100% soap free.
Can you recycle Imperial Leather products?
Yes, all our products can be recycled. The packaging used for our shower gels and handwashes are manufactured from HDPE and can be recycled in the No
2 bin. Our bath foams are made from PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and can be re-cycled in the No1 bin. The packaging used for foamburst is
aluminium cans which can also be recycled, as can the cartons and film on the bar soaps.
Aerosols: Is the can recyclable?
Yes, the can is aluminium and can be recycled.
Aerosols: Is the product flammable?
Like many aerosol products the product is flammable and so appropriate caution should be taken when it is used. As with other aerosols, the
product should not be exposed to a naked flame or any incandescent material such as lighted matches, candles or electric fires.
Aerosols: Is it flammable when I use it in the shower?
When the product is used as intended (as a shower gel) and according to the instructions detailed on the container; then it is not flammable.
Aerosols: Is it environmentally friendly/does it affect the ozone layer?
The can - the main packaging item - can be recycled. The product does not contain CFC's which have been demonstrated to affect the ozone layer.
